Both high-output versions will appear as the Trackhawk model.
But, the major question is about the name. Native American Cherokee nation wants the Jeep to stop using the nameplates for the vehicles. They even threat to sue FCA, which also delivers a Mojave edition of the Ram truck. Stories are louder nowadays, although communication exists for several years. This might be a spinoff after the Washington Football Club had to change the name of the franchise.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Changes

Changes for the New Season
