2024 GMC Acadia Redesign

The second option from the current SUV is under the question mark. A 3.6-l V6 is reliable. But, companies are dropping big displacements and deploying smaller blocks to improve efficiency. Nevertheless, it will be hard to replace 310 hp and 270 lb-ft, especially for the AT4 model.
Electric Drivetrain
Many mid-size SUVs are already available with some kind of electric drivetrain. That gives an edge to Ford Explorer and Toyota Highlander over Chevy Traverse and GMC Acadia. However, this situation is not changing when the new model shows up. But, the GM can skip this setup and go immediately with the all-electric drivetrain.

2024 GMC Acadia AT4x Off-Road 4×4 SUV
Since we are talking about an electric model, we can mention some of the coolest options for the GMC Hummer. Crab Walk and Extract Mode can boost the off-road drive. However, it is hard to believe those high-end options are going to be available for the Acadia.
Even without it, the 2024 GMC Acadia AT4x is a great option for an off-road drive. The package brings a 4×4 drive as the standard option, as well as the new suspension setup with special shocks and a damping system. Of course, skid plates are protecting the body.

It all starts with genuine leather and extra options for the infotainment system. Captain’s chairs are in the middle row. Those will increase the comfort, but the seating capacity drops to six. Super Cruise should become standard. Also, the company could add another option called Denali Ultimate, like for some other vehicles.
2024 GMC Acadia GT
The SUV is going to compete with the Ford Explorer ST with the 2024 GMC Acadia GT model. Engineers are about to turbocharge a six-pot mill to get 450-475 horsepower. A ten-speed automatic transmission sends power to all wheels. Also, the Acadia GT will look sportier thanks to several body upgrades. Everything is still just a concept, but such an output is more than appealing. There won’t be too many SUVs that can beat this.
Anyway, the price of the 2024 Acadia GT might be excessive and fend away buyers. We assume this SUV won’t cost under $65,000. The base version will also arrive with an increased price. Now, you will have to pay nearly $40,000 for the SUV. Denali and AT4 are around $50k.
