The three-row layout is standard for most of the SUVs on this list, although some can offer a two-tow layout with super-luxurious features.

2024 Lexus LX 600
Toyota updated its lineup in this class. The legendary Land Cruiser is no longer available in the US, although the Series 300 is finally here. The SUV made more room for the new flagship model – the 2024 Lexus LX 600. The new generation brought a fresh look, revisited interior, and engine replacement. Even if the company misses out to deliver the all-new QX80 in 2023, there is no way we won’t see the full-size luxury SUV based on the Monograph concept in 2024. The platform is perfect for big rigs, and the QX60 is already using it. But, the full-size 2024 Infiniti QX80 is bringing the best of the concept. Well, the price is going up, that is for sure. Currently, this is one of the most affordable models in the segment. After the update, the MSRP could hit $90k, like most other full-size luxury SUVs.
It is still a mystery what will Infiniti do with the new flagship vehicle. The big rig is bringing a lot of novelties. One of them could be a V6 engine, as the replacement for a huge V8 unit. Thanks to turbochargers, the system is going to be able to return similar outputs. But, like for the Lexus LX, performance and durability are questionable. Anyway, the 2024 Infiniti QX80 is definitely the most anticipated vehicle on this list.
2024 Lincoln Navigator
Navigator is the iconic model in the US market. But, the upcoming changes could make it even more impressive. After the Aviator, the 2024 Lincoln Navigator might get the PHEV edition with extra power. The mid-size SUV creates nearly 500 hp. Its bigger sibling will do even more. For now, a 3.5-l high-output V6 delivers 450 hp and 510 lb-ft of torque.

Another two models are coming, and don’t expect a discount. The 2024 Cadillac Escalade-V is equipped with a supercharged V8 engine that delivers 680 hp. The price of this model is $150,000. The all-electric Escalade is also on the way. It will be interesting to see how many fans the full-size luxury EV SUV can attract. It is still early to talk about its performance, but the vehicle is going to share a platform and drivetrain with the Silverado EV truck.
2024 Range Rover
We are coming now to the premium European carmakers. The first vehicle in this list is the British 2024 Land Rover Range Rover. The company revisited its largest SUV and made significant changes in the drivetrain lineup. A new V8 is there, a diesel configuration is dropped, and even the PHEV is not available at the moment. But, the 2024 Range Rover is going to bring something special. The plug-in hybrid with high outputs is likely, and we can’t write off an all-electric SUV.

2024 Mercedes GLS
When speaking of luxury, we can’t make a review without mentioning the Mercedes. Representative in the full-size SUV market is the GLS-Class. The German manufacturer is also delivering the entry-level model with a six-cylinder engine. It comes with the EQ Boost system and creates 362 hp. Again, weak for the SUV that costs $80,000. Upgrade to the V8 is a $20k investment. But, then you are getting a 4.0-liter twin-turbo setup with 550 hp.
The top of the line version of the luxury SUV is the 2024 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600. It doesn’t increase the power output compared to the regular V8 version. But, the Maybach package is one of the most exclusive in the automotive industry. The price will tell it all – $160,000.
2024 BMW X7
Mercedes is not the only German carmaker that produces a full-size SUV anymore. BMW made a strong impact with the X7, especially in the US market. The SUV fans appreciate the body-on-frame platform, compared to the unibody architecture of the GLS. It makes the 2024 BMW X7 tougher and more durable. The upcoming vehicle is coming without significant changes. The top of the class version is not the M Performance, but the Alpina XB7.
Under the hood of the base model is an inline-six powerplant. Like its archrival, this is a trick to lower the price. The xDrive AWD is standard and the BMW X7 is slightly less expensive than the GLS. But, for the V8, you must pay $25,000. The M50i is coming with 523 hp. The 2024 BMW Alpina XB7 is the high-end option with 612 hp and a $140,000 price tag.
