Such outputs are not going to impress buyers of non-premium vehicles of this size.
So, the 2024 Mercedes GLE 450 is there to improve the image. A 3.0-liter turbo-six comes in the combo with the EQ Boost system. Also, the 4Matic AWD is standard and the engine is even more efficient in the city drive than the turbo-four. This inline-six can produce 362 horsepower and 370 pound-feet of torque. The gas mileage is not bad. The GLE 450 returns 23 mpg combined.
2024 Mercedes GLE 580 Hybrid
The GLLE 580 is a hybrid version of the SUV with extra power. This time, a V8 engine makes the vehicle more potent. Again, the EQ Boost is there to increase the outputs to 483 hp. With this output, the 0-60 mph acceleration drops to 4.5 seconds. On the other hand, the price bumps and you will have to spend at least $80,000 for the GLE 580. The best versions of the SUV are under the AMG badge. There are two versions of the high-end package. You can choose between an enhanced I6 engine or a mighty V8.
