The coupe SUV is not bringing this one. For the future, an all-electric iX5 is also in the plans. We can’t say it for the iX6.
The base configuration is going to include a 3.0-liter drivetrain, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and an all-wheel drive. The system delivers 335 hp and 330 lb-ft of torque. A small electric motor improves the gas mileage, and the X6 can return 21/26 mpg.
The 2023 BMW X6 M50i is replacing an I6 with a V8. A 4.4-liter displacement features a twin-turbo system and cracks 523 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque. There is a huge gap between the two models, so some believe the PHEV is possible to patch the hole. Again, an 8-pace gearbox and xDrive are there.
2023 BMW X6 M Specs and Performance
The most impressive member of the lineup is the 2023 BMW X6 M. The SUV draws attention with its styling, and this model does it with its performance as well. Engineers squeezed 600 horsepower from the same engine we see on the M50i.

The M is a premium configuration. This model breaches the 600 hp mark, as well as the $110k price tag. The Competition package adds $23,000 and there are also a few other optional bundles that can push the X6’s cost over $140k.
